Glass silk screen glass printing is a process of glass processing, and the silk screen master paints the required patterns on it; there are manual silk screen printing and machine silk screen printing.
We have seen a lot of flat glass with beautiful patterns, but we don't know how these patterns are made. Generally, there is a screen printing room in a glass processing factory, and this room is separated from other factories. The door is Closed, there are only a few silk screen masters and some workers inside. Glass silk screen printing is a process of glass processing. If some glass needs to be printed with pattern marks, it needs to enter the silk screen printing room, and the silk screen master will paint it with beautiful patterns. Is the pattern really drawn by the silk screen master manually?
According to the principle of silk screen printing, the ink is printed on the surface of the flat glass, and then the curing measures of the ink are used to make the pattern firm and durable. The process is as follows:
Stretching the net → sizing → drying → printing → developing → drying
Flat glass→cutting→edging→cleaning and drying→printing
The reason why the screen printing room is separated from other factories is that the screen printing room must be very clean, and all the staff who work in it must change their shoes to enter. The screen printing room is also called a dust-free screen printing room. Screen printing is divided into manual screen printing and machine screen printing. Here we will talk about manual screen printing. What must be prepared for manual screen printing? And what is the silkscreen process like?
1. Ink: Ink is necessary for silk screen printing, and there is no pattern where the ink comes from. Ink is divided into many colors, and adjusting ink is what silk screen masters must learn.
2. Stencil: Stencil is prepared for printing patterns on glass. The stencil is first smeared with photosensitive glue, and then combined with film and strong light to make the pattern on the stencil. Put the film under the stencil, and then expose the photosensitive glue on the stencil with strong light. After finishing, rinse off the photosensitive glue that is blocked by the film, and the pattern is made.
3. Oven: The oven reminds us of baking. Yes, it is to put the glass in the oven to bake. After the pattern is printed on the glass, the ink on it does not dry out quickly. If you take the glass at this time, it will touch ink, which will ruin the pattern. After passing through the oven, the ink will dry, and the pattern will not be easily wiped off.
4. Tempering furnace: Why go through a tempering furnace? Screen printing is divided into high temperature screen printing ink and low temperature screen printing ink. High temperature screen printing ink must be screen printed first and then passed through the tempering furnace. In this way, the ink blends with the glass surface, and it is impossible for you to wipe off the ink at this time.
